Using Spectral Notes

These Terms apply when you use Spectral Notes. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

Spectral Notes is a local-first notes app. Sync is optional and requires signing in with Google through Supabase.

Your content

Your notes and tags are yours. You are responsible for what you write and for keeping copies of anything important. When you choose to sync, you allow Spectral Notes to store and process your notes, tags, and sync data so the app can work across your devices.

Acceptable use

Do not use Spectral Notes to break the law, harm the service, access someone else's account, abuse infrastructure, or interfere with other users.

Service changes

Spectral Notes may change, pause, or stop parts of the service. We may also suspend or remove access if an account creates risk for the service or violates these Terms.

No warranty

Spectral Notes is provided as is, without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free, or fit for every use.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spectral Notes and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunities.
